Personal Use
All printables on Journal Twig are intended for personal use only. You are welcome to download, print, and use them for your own individual projects, including scrapbooks, junk journals, gifts, or classroom activities.
You may not sell, share, upload, or redistribute the digital files in any way.
Allowed Commercial Use – Printed Format Only
You may use Journal Twig printables in printed form as part of a physical product, such as a handmade junk journal that you sell, provided a commercial licence has been purchased.
Commercial licences are available exclusively through our Ko-fi shop:
- Per-product licence – a minimum $5 spend per product covers that item for commercial use in printed format.
- Full commercial licence – also available via Ko-fi, this covers all products you have purchased (plus any in the future) as well as any freebies downloaded from the site or from ko-fi.
Digital redistribution or resale of the files remains strictly prohibited regardless of licence type.
If you use our printables in your projects, a link to journaltwig.com or a social media tag is appreciated.
Sharing on Websites and Blogs
If you would like to feature our printables and journal kits on a public, non-paywalled website, you are welcome to do so under the following conditions:
- Link to the article, not the PDF file directly.
- Do not re-upload our PDF files to your own site.
- You may use our images (PNG, JPG, or WEBP) to showcase the printable with a proper link back.
Backlink Collaborations
We occasionally offer customizations, color changes, or brand edits in exchange for a dofollow backlink.

No Digital Redistribution
You are not allowed to distribute the printables in any digital format. This includes sharing via:
- Social media uploads
- File hosting sites
- Direct PDF links on your own site

Printed Distribution
You may print and distribute our printables in non-commercial settings like:
- Classrooms
- Educational workshops
- Free community events
This is permitted as long as no one is charged for the materials and the files are not distributed digitally.
No Modifications or Derivatives
You may not alter, edit, or create new versions of the printables for redistribution. Personal tweaks for your own use are fine, but altered versions may not be shared or sold.
